Ruth Mattock is an environment, policy and communications professional who works as a Knowledge Management, Outreach, & Coordination consultant for SLYCAN Trust, particularly on their Global Goal on Adaptation work programme. Prior to this role, Ruth worked for the Scottish Government on their Climate Justice policy and Loss and Damage programming. She was also a member of the Secretariat for Scotland's Climate Assembly, one of the first wholly online assemblies. Alongside her work at SLYCAN Trust, Ruth also has a role at the British food systems dialogue platform TABLE Debates, part of the Environmental Change Institute, Oxford. Ruth has a masters in Environment and Development from Edinburgh and a BA in English from the University of Cambridge.
