The National Adaptation Plan (NAP) process aims to reduce vulnerability to climate change impacts by building adaptive capacity and resilience and facilitate the integration of adaptation into the national policy landscape across all relevant sectors and levels.

This analysis of the NAPs submitted to the UNFCCC to enhance the understanding of interlinkages and connections between entrepreneurship and climate change adaptation by SLYCAN Trust aims to achieve the following objectives:

  • Analyze and summarize the current integration of entrepreneurship into submitted NAPs up to July 2025.
  • Propose a typology of considerations featured in submitted NAPs that integrate entrepreneurship.
  • Outline areas for action and future research.
